Transforming fragmented records into connected care

In South Sudan, a patient's history lives on paper (one ledger, one building, one shelf), so when it is lost or damaged, care begins again from nothing. The same break runs upward: what a facility knows about an outbreak, a stock-out or a missed vaccination rarely reaches anyone who can act on it. The data exists; what has been missing is a record built for a clinic with no power and no signal. That is what Tamam is.
